📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and design high-quality 2D graphics and 3D models for retail event materials, including banners, posters, and digital displays.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies for retail events.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3ds Max to produce professional designs.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and are optimized for various media formats.
• Assist in the production and setup of event visuals, including the installation of displays and signage.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide design support to other teams as needed, ensuring high-quality output across all projects.
• Contribute to the overall creative vision of the company, helping to elevate the brand's visual identity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in 2D and 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing retail event projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling software (3ds Max, Maya, or Blender).
• Strong understanding of print and digital media production, including file preparation for various formats.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with event production processes and materials is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of retail branding and event visuals.
