Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, you will oversee permits, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements for our operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a Legal Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations, including permits, licenses, and tax obligations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all legal requirements are met, and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the acquisition, renewal, and compliance of permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
Monitor and report on regulatory changes and updates, and ensure that our operations are up-to-date and compliant.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.
Work closely with our team to ensure that all legal requirements are met, and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments, and provide guidance and support to the team as needed.
Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure that all legal matters are properly addressed and resolved.
Provide training and support to the team on legal and regulatory matters, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations, including permits, licenses, and tax obligations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
