📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Monitor and control company expenses and budgets,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording,Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English
