CIRCUIT Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports.,Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.,Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
