As a Deputy Procurement Staff, you will play a key role in assisting the Procurement Manager in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
  • Support the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and recommend suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of procurement documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
