📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitoring equipment performance and conducting regular maintenance.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
  • Ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities.
  • Reporting to the Site Engineer on site progress and issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of site operations and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
