📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.,Monitor and maintain network security and data integrity.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to support users.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to improve systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
