📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, quality control, and safety procedures.,Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, providing technical support and guidance.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate test results.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, implementing new procedures as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, GLP, and GMP.,Provide technical support to customers and clients, answering questions and resolving issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lab technician, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, GLP, and GMP.,Experience with data analysis and interpretation, using relevant software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations as needed.
