In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment used in our tea production processes. You will also be involved in the optimization of our manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment for tea production processes
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical systems meet quality and safety standards
  • Conduct research and development to improve existing mechanical systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field
  • Provide technical support and training to team members

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or food processing industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and CAD software
  • Experience with CNC machines and other advanced manufacturing equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with quality and safety standards in the manufacturing industry
