As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the bakery receives high-quality ingredients at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering ingredients.,Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality ingredients.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
