Berkah Cahya Medical Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for providing excellent service to our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory and food costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Plan and organize special events and promotions to increase revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
