In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our innovative products and services, particularly targeting UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in the region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential UMKM clients in Medan and surrounding areas.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to secure contracts and drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for our products/services.,Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving quarterly targets.,Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the UMKM sector in Medan and Sumatera Utara.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must, with basic Malay language skills an advantage.,Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
