📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and lead Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.,Act as the Scrum Lead, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure the team is aligned and productive.,Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.,Mentor and develop the technical skills of team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality work.,Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems and processes.,Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered successfully.,Document project processes and create knowledge-sharing resources for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Project Coordinator or Scrum Lead, ideally in a remote or distributed team environment.,Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.,Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, etc.) are a plus.
