🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or insurance.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Proficient in English and Japanese languages.,A proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.,Experience in leading and mentoring a team of professionals.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound business decisions.
