📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor security and safety measures at the front desk.,Assist in training and supervising junior front desk staff.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
