📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Data Centre Infrastructure team, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data centre facilities.,Oversee the development and implementation of new data centre infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.,Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our data centre services and increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.,Monitor and report on the performance of data centre operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for data centre operations.,Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise and network with key players.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in data centre infrastructure and business development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of data centre technologies, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network infrastructure.,Proven ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Indonesian citizenship or work permit for Indonesia.
