📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training and development needs through needs assessments, job analysis, and competency mapping.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Experience in designing and facilitating e-learning courses is a plus.
