PT Inti Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse Staff to join our team in Kuta, Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing goods to preparing and shipping orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management and control.,Supervise and coordinate the work of junior warehouse staff.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to support overall business operations.,Perform regular stocktakes and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with using warehouse management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.
