📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
