📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from start to finish.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.,Monitor project budgets and timelines, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns.,Train and mentor construction team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks effectively.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and to build long-term business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.,Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in construction management.
