📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained,Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and minimize waste,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction,Train and develop new staff to ensure they meet company standards,Monitor and report on team performance and sales metrics,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry,Proven track record of managing and motivating a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
