📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including manuals, user guides, and other related materials.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
  • Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development and customer support.
  • Contribute to improving documentation processes and tools.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and processes.
