As a key member of our field management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and sustainability of our palm oil plantations. As an Asisten Kebun, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting activities. You will work closely with our team of farmers and field supervisors to implement best practices and maintain high standards of plantation management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily planting, pruning, and harvesting activities to ensure optimal growth and yield of palm oil trees.
• Monitor and maintain plantation records using digital tools such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct regular field inspections to assess crop health and identify any issues that may require attention.
• Collaborate with farmers and field supervisors to implement best practices for plantation management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable farming practices.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and new hires.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of plantation operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plantation management, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including planting, pruning, and harvesting techniques.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as SAP and Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and data analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with farmers and field supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
• Understanding of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote plantation areas.
