As a Liquid Bulk Cargo Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our liquid bulk cargo department. You will work with our team of experts to plan, schedule, and execute cargo operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of our operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of liquid bulk cargo operations.
• Ensure all operations comply with international maritime regulations and company standards.
• Monitor and report on the performance of cargo operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work with the team to develop and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the safety of all personnel and equipment during cargo operations.
• Manage and optimize the use of company resources, including vessels, equipment, and personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in liquid bulk cargo operations, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Certification in maritime safety and security, such as ISM Code or ISPS Code, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Proficient in using cargo planning and scheduling software, such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
