In this role, you will be using tools like SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, and other procurement software to streamline the procurement process. You will also be responsible for conducting supplier evaluations and negotiations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the procurement process, from supplier identification to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Utilize procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement to streamline and optimize the procurement process.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.
• Provide procurement support and guidance to internal teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze procurement spend.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
