📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain HR data in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of HRIS modules such as employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Support the HR team in process improvements, including workflow optimization and system enhancements.
• Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR processes and systems.
• Monitor and report on HRIS performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest HRIS trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
