As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our projects by providing accurate cost estimates, managing material procurement, and ensuring compliance with project budgets. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports using software like Procore, Autodesk Cost XLS, and Microsoft Project.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify cost variances, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage material procurement, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules, and cost plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in cost estimation and material procurement.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using MEP Quantity Surveying software such as Procore, Autodesk Cost XLS, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Experience in working on high-impact construction projects in Bali.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
