🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's job market and recruitment practices.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
