📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and dining services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Coordinate with department heads to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
• Train and develop staff to uphold the resort's standards and values.
• Manage inventory and budget allocation to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to the resort's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
