As a Digital Designer at Studio Twenty, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, working on a variety of projects that span digital marketing, web design, and interactive experiences. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch to bring concepts to life, ensuring every design is not only visually stunning but also functional and user-friendly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually compelling and user-friendly digital designs for websites, social media, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business goals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply innovative solutions to our projects
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and platforms
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across projects
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and finalize designs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Sketch
• Experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, impactful designs
• Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira
