As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our projects by providing accurate cost estimates, managing material procurement, and ensuring compliance with project budgets. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports using software like Procore, Autodesk Cost XLS, and Microsoft Project.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify cost variances, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Manage material procurement, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules, and cost plans.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in cost estimation and material procurement.
Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
Proficiency in using MEP Quantity Surveying software such as Procore, Autodesk Cost XLS, and Microsoft Project.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
Experience in working on high-impact construction projects in Bali.
Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
