📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives and employee growth.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, discipline, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including UMKM and Ketenagakerjaan.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through initiatives and programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR and employee relations, with a focus on Indonesian labor laws.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale HR operations and driving organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of the technology industry and its specific HR challenges.
