📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging robotics and coding lessons for pre-school and primary students.
Utilize educational robots and coding platforms like LEGO Mindstorms, Sphero, and Dash & Dot to create interactive learning experiences.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national and international educational standards.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve and innovate our educational programs.
Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest trends in robotics and coding education.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and participation in our educational management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching robotics, coding, or a similar subject to young learners.
Certification in robotics education or a related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of educational robotics platforms and coding languages such as Scratch, Python, or JavaScript.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced educational environment.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young minds.
Fluency in English, as it is the primary language of instruction in our programs.
