📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the workplace.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bartending or hospitality role, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
